He brings a vision that transforms the technological complexity of each project into solutions that amplify its cultural value through the use of creative technologies. A Systems Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes (Venezuela, 1998) and DEA in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Cantabria (Spain, 2003), he has built his career over 20 years developing platforms and installing technological systems applied to creation, art, science, and interactivity in new media.

He has coordinated interactive projects and installations for institutions such as Medialab Madrid/Prado, Laboral Centro de Arte (Gijón), Matadero Madrid, Centro Azkuna (Bilbao), Etopia (Zaragoza), Tabakalera (San Sebastián), CentroCentro (Madrid), Museo del Prado (Madrid), Ars Electronica Center (EU - LATAM), Eyebeam (NY-USA), ZKM (DE), Espacio Fundación Telefónica (SP - LATAM), and CERN - Science Gateway (CH).

He has also collaborated with hundreds of international artists and collectives, such as Pablo Valbuena, Teamlabs or Golan Levin. He has coordinated Creative Technologies programs for organizations such as Fundación Telefónica, Fundación La Caixa, Medialab Prado, and Futurelab. He is an expert in Digital Fabrication and a pioneer of the Creative Technologies movement in Europe.
